The Psi Upsilon Alumni of Washington
recently received a bequest from the estate of Philip Van
Horn, M.D. (1910-2007) QQ 1931.
Dr. Van Horn was a Bay Area neurosurgeon who served in the
Army Medical Corps at Walter Reed during WWII. Shortly
after receiving his donation, we also received two photos of
the chapter house taken during his undergraduate years.
